This came with all the pieces I needed to make it work. With a Ram 1500 with rear exhaust, I had to flip some pieces over and hang the assembly upside down from the hitch. One thing to note is that with this setup, plan on dedicating a ball mount for just this purpose. Once you tighten down this assembly, the ball mount doesn't slide out without loosening the four bolts on the mounting bracket once again. The mounting hardware is not very sturdy. Make your own.we ordered one and all the brackets were missing so they resent us another one free, which was great service the box was taped alot better, product is greatSo far this has worked great, not had any issues.Good mine was to short for the rv I had to bought a 36 inches an then was wabulay to much so I screw thr pad on the bumper! The materials are decent and the rubber guards are heavy duty. However, none of the holes for the rubber properly align to the metal bar making the install a nightmare. I had to redrill all holes in the rubber to make assembly possible. My total assembly time exceeded 3 hours due to the poor quality control from the factory.Furthermore, the rubber guards themselves are different lengths. The left guard is 18.25" while the right guard is 17.5".This is the second one that I've purchased. The other was bent beyond repair by an inattentive motorist. Product arrived in a badly beat up box that contained several tears and holes. Upon opening what remained of the box, I discovered that there were several bolts and nuts missing and one of the flap bars was bent. Other than arrival condition, the product is great, works as intended. This product is not the one pictured. I leave in 7 days and now have no choice but to use this item as I’m in Alaska about to drive the Alcan. The product weight at least 10# as this rubber is way thicker than the one pictured (which states 5#) as I saw the exact same model in a store and it’s a hard plastic/rubber that is lighter in weight and allows some air flow between the slats. I’m bummed! Dimensions are as I had hoped, I will have add a much stronger support crossmember for the added weight. Also missing the 10, 1/4”-20-1” nuts and fender washers and bolts I would have thought to come with it to attach the rubber to the steel angle iron support.Instructions tell you to drill 1/4 inch holes, to mount 2 separate guards, in fact they have to be 5/16 !!. They ask you to drill a bunch of 5/16 holes in the centre mount area, which are drilled already as they should be!! The centre plate in picture is facing the wrong direction, I turned it and looks much better. I have no idea why we the consumer are drilling these 4 holes, I see no reason why they weren't drilled at factory. Finally, these are on the back of my GMC 3500 pick up and I have a massive 7 inche gap underneath, if I want to drop them, then I have a 4 inch gap between bottom of bumper and top of splash guard. Probably sending back. This rock guard is a good bang for the buck, easy to install.offers full coverage, not just behind each wheel. This length sit about 1-2" off the ground without the lift bracket on my truck with 4" liftOne annoying thing was the poor packaging. The first unit I received was damaged and the second one was missing hardware.Do not buy these. It is a bad mounting design which leads to rocks bouncing off the hard rubber pleats and rebounding into your bumper leaving it completely peppered after one trip.If you have a chrome bumper you may not notice but forget about using these with a painted bumper. I now have a $400-500 repair bill to have the rear bumper repaired/painted.Garbage.Great value for money vs. brands like rock guard, etc. Only frustration is lack of end cap for the ends of the steel member that stick out at the edge of the truck. They are very sharp and frequently if not careful cause cuts to the shin when caught walking by.The product was of good quality although one of the rubber flaps had a large cut in it other than that easy to install but after i installed it I can’t get it to stop moving back and forth even though the bolts are tight!
