I am not sure how to rate a clear piece of plastic, but for what I needed it worked great. I used it to replace a negative film of a circuit board I was making. I was afraid it would not have enough contrast to work. I have tried it with inkjet style transparency film with poor results. I gambled on this version used in my laser printer and it worked out good.
