The chord fell apart within two uses. The locating feature is not simple or worth it. If you like the looks then buy it for that but may not be on your luggage for long. Otherwise, save your money and buy another product.I Iove the concept, but I have to rate this low because the customer service has been non-existent. I need one of the cables replaced. One of the connectors was not crimped correctly and fell right off. I hope that this doesn't happen once they are on the luggage in transport or I will lose the tag too. lBroke in half and the one half not attached is somewhere along the bags route. Not a good product at all!Junk. Not durable / strong. The wire falls apart!!I like the idea behind this retreev™ Smart ID Luggage Tag, it seems fairly sturdy and looks well made. Anything that might help me recover a lost case has got to be good.It is a bit bigger than I'd thought and I would have liked a smaller tag, as it could potentially get broken if it flaps about in transit.Would recommend this and will buy one for my daughter, who looses everything :-)Great idea and product. However my one loses a star because one end of the wire popped out of it's holder and I had to clean, re-glue and re-crimp it. Even then I wasn't confident and as I had some similar but sturdier wire ties, I used one and relaxed. It's been back and forth to Australia (and back to Aus again....) and Mallorca so far. Handy for easing the lost luggage worries. Happy Travels!The label is a good size and enabled us to easily identify our bag on the airport carousel. It was easy to register but hopefully we will never find out if it helps recover last bagsSuper happy to receive delivery of these cool Smart ID Tags. Really user friendly for set up with clear instructions. Going to be using them for our trips away and will definitely be ordering more for the kids school bags. What a great idea!I only used the item once and the cable part fell apart as you can see in the photo. Very easy to setup and a good idea. However the cable need rework because mine fell apart the cable was not in further enough or crimped fully on.
